One of our strenghts, such as the paper, are the sublimatic inks. Among our articles we also introduced serigraphic inks that have a wide range of applications.
SUBLIMATIC INKS
Our high quality water based inks guarantee less consumption and a fast drying with colour uniformity, allowing the high-speed printing without changing the accuracy.
It is possible to print directly on the fabric, this is preferred for those cases where the pattern should be visible on both sides, like on the flags. It is also possible to transfer the pattern using the heating process, in this case the model is fixed on the fabric after printing through a heat and press process using calenders or heat presses.
These high results, with rich and vibrant colours, are obtained through a simply and eco-friendly process.
Sublimatic transfer printing is highly adaptable, this allows to decorate a great variety of substrates. If the printing has a suitable cover for sublimation, which is usually polyester, it can be decorated with the sublimatic transfer method. It is also possible to print 3D articles, keychains, skis, phone covers…

ATEC also sells different types of serigraph inks for many applications. Solvent and water inks as well as varnishes and diluents.
Substrates and inks in water emulsion, characterized by easy printability and fast drying. This series has been realized for the permanent decoration of synthetic fabrics as Lycra and Polyester. The colour yield and solidity can be lower on other kind of synthetic fibres, this is the reason why printing, transfer and washing trials should always be made before arranging the final printing. The ink can be printed without diluting. It is also available a retardant diluting, that sometimes is necessary for four-colour printing. You should always remember that an excessive dilution causes smears and fine details loss. Is very important the dimensional stability to print out on a transfer paper. It is necessary a squeegee hardness of 60-65 shore, well sharped and without imperfactions, because these will be product on the paper and on the fabrics, after the transfer.
