Flex material for cutting plotter, with a soft and thin surface, available in a wide range of colours, it is also possible to personalize them. Its particular composition allows to superimpose this film on others, offering a practically infinite range of possible combinations of colours and effects.
Vibrant tonalities, excellent workability during the cutting and unrolling phases. It’s easy to apply in just one passage, with hot or cold separation, high washing resistance; all these are the main characteristics that makes this film one of the favourite products now available on the market.
It’s certified Öko-Tex® Standard 100 classe I
Standard colours: white, black, grey, yellow, red, green, brown, blue, fuchsia, light blue, lilac, orange… Fluorescent colours: yellow, blue, orange, pink, crimson and green. Special colours: gold, silver, violet, Bordeaux, sand and pearl.

Adhesive support FILM STRETCH
It is the cutting plotter product for elastic fabrics. The material is really thin, pleasant to touch, and its high penetrability in the fabrics guarantee a high elasticity. It assure the user a good workability during the unrolling phase and an incredible application easiness.

Adhesive support FILM EXTRA
Heat-transfer material for plotter cutting, suitable for applications on “difficult” fabrics like: leather, nylon and slightly siliconated fabrics (K-waits, heating coats, sportive bags, umbrellas) The substrate is in adhesive polyester.
Available in 35 different colours.

NAUTICAL FABRIC
Fabric in polyester fibre, suitable for sublimatic printing or for direct printing.
Thanks to its finishing, the product can be printed with water based inks and UV inks.
It is optimal for flag printing, both for interior and exterior use.
It is available in 90 gr and 110 gr, in 150 cm and 160 cm of width.

DRILLED FABRIC
Fabric in polyester fibre, of the run-resist drilled type. It is suitable for the sublimatic printing. Perfect for anti-wind flags.

THERMAL PRINTING:
this type of printing requires the use of transfer paper. By the use of heat and pressure of our machines, the drawings are transferred on the supports to be printed. Normally presses are used for printing supports/fabrics in pieces, while calenders are used for roll printing. These machines can be used for thermal fixing “crush” effect, old metallization/lamination, PVC and polyurethane embossing with release paper, PVC transfer, scale/snakeskin effect.

One of our strenghts, such as the paper, are the sublimatic inks. Among our articles we also introduced serigraphic inks that have a wide range of applications.

Our high quality water based inks guarantee less consumption and a fast drying with colour uniformity, allowing the high-speed printing without changing the accuracy.
It is possible to print directly on the fabric, this is preferred for those cases where the pattern should be visible on both sides, like on the flags. It is also possible to transfer the pattern using the heating process, in this case the model is fixed on the fabric after printing through a heat and press process using calenders or heat presses.
These high results, with rich and vibrant colours, are obtained through a simply and eco-friendly process.
Sublimatic transfer printing is highly adaptable, this allows to decorate a great variety of substrates. If the printing has a suitable cover for sublimation, which is usually polyester, it can be decorated with the sublimatic transfer method. It is also possible to print 3D articles, keychains, skis, phone covers…

ATEC also sells different types of serigraph inks for many applications. Solvent and water inks as well as varnishes and diluents.
Substrates and inks in water emulsion, characterized by easy printability and fast drying. This series has been realized for the permanent decoration of synthetic fabrics as Lycra and Polyester. The colour yield and solidity can be lower on other kind of synthetic fibres, this is the reason why printing, transfer and washing trials should always be made before arranging the final printing. The ink can be printed without diluting. It is also available a retardant diluting, that sometimes is necessary for four-colour printing. You should always remember that an excessive dilution causes smears and fine details loss. Is very important the dimensional stability to print out on a transfer paper. It is necessary a squeegee hardness of 60-65 shore, well sharped and without imperfactions, because these will be product on the paper and on the fabrics, after the transfer.
